1. Put the watermelons in a blender and process it until smooth.
2. Place in some kiwis at the bottom of each Popsicle molder.
3. Gently pour on the blended watermelon on the kiwis in the molder.
4. Refrigerate until frozen.
Watermelon Soup (recipe - via from Care2 Favorite)
2 tbsp lemon juice
Chopped fresh mint
Few drops of stevia
Put watermelon, lemon juice, and stevia into a blender and blend until smooth.
Refrigerate before serving.
Add some chopped fresh mint on top when serving.
Using a bite-sized star-shaped cookie cutter, cut the watermelon into stars.
Add the optional berries or other fruits you might want to eat with watermelons.
Refrigerate before serving.
Thus… is watermelon really is fattening? Nope, it's not. And there's a lot of benefits you can get from it. not to mention the different ways it could be eaten too. Watermelons are one of the best foods that you could use to achieve your weight loss goals. If accompanied by other weight loss foods, regular exercise, proper sleep, and prevention of excess calories, then there isn't any reason why watermelon can be fattening.
